The Los Gorditos Refund Policy

At Los Gorditos, we prepare every order with care and aim to deliver high-quality food every time.

All sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, missing items, or food quality concerns — please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds or replacements are granted at our discretion and must be requested within 1 hour of receiving your food.

Orders placed through third-party delivery services must be resolved directly with that platform (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats).

We do not offer refunds based on taste preferences or if you simply change your mind.
